Healthy Eating and Sample Menus
Our goal is to help your child develop lifelong eating habits. We do not serve foods with high sugar content. They will always have a whole grain food choice in their meal, with fresh fruit and vegetables. Below are two weeks of sample menus

Toddlers (18 months to 2 years) are served whole milk, and all other students are served 1% milk. Additional fruits are generally seasonal.

The meals and snacks change based on seasonal produce and grocery availability, however our standard vegetable and fruit rotations are as follows:

Vegetable: Steamed Cauliflower, Broccoli, Cucumbers, Carrots and Salads
Fruit: Strawberries, Watermelon, Oranges, Bananas, Cantaloupe, Honeydew and Grapes
Indian Sabzi on Rotation: Paneer and Peas Sabzi, Potato Sabzi, Cauliflower Sabzi, Beans Sabzi, Blackeyed Pea/Bean Dal (Lobia Dal), Kidney Bean Curry (Rajma), Garbanzo Curry (Chole) and Black Chickpea Curry (Kala Chana)
